COMPANY SAFETY POLICY

Marpac Construction LLC will provide a safe, healthful working environment for it's employees that is free from recognized hazards which could cause serious physical harm or death. Safety at Marpac Construction LLC is everyone's responsibility. We expect all employees to understand that following the safety policy requirements is a condition of employment.

We have prepared this safety action plan to implement an effective accident prevention program and reduce on-the-job injuries. Our plan has been designed with OSHA and WISHA safety and health standards to benefit employees, their families, and Marpac Construction LLC. The plan is part of our Accident Prevention Program and constitutes a formal written safety policy.

Company management is fully committed to providing a safe working environment. Therefore we insist all sitework operations be conducted per the rules and regulations in this safety manual, and per all applicable laws in the State of Washington. These laws are defined in the General Safety and Health Standards and Safety Standards for Construction Work, publishing by the Division of Industrial Safety and Health of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Copies of these manuals are available at Marpac Construction LLC's home office.

Marpac Construction LLC will take affirmative steps to ensure  no person will be discharged or discriminated against because the employees has filed a complaint, instituted or caused to be instituted a new procedure, or exercised any rights on his/her behalf or  others with regards to safety. We encourage all employees to recognize safety hazards and bring them to a supervisor's immediate attention.

It is our full intention to make this company a safer and better place to work through our Accident Prevention Program. In this program, safety will not be compromised for increased production or economic gain.
