Lake Washington Apartments

This 366-unit affordable housing community built near the scenic Lake Washington in Seward Park was renovated in 1998. The site consists of 1 to 3 bedroom units, a beautiful courtyard, and a community vegetable garden. Improvements were designed by Kovelenko and Hale Architects.
