Donald and Douglas Mar founded Marpac in 1995 and are an integral part of the customer service based
management team today. Marpac's strength lies in its staff, cost data analysis, service based management
style, and continually refined construction expertise. Marpac's knowledge of construction issues in performance
standards of subcontractors and vendors, critical path scheduling, building codes, and material properties
enables it to provide leadership in the project team.
