The redevelopment of Betty Lee Manor provides 17,651 square feet of mixed use spaces, including an eight-chair dental facility offering services on a sliding fee scale to people who don’t have access to dental care. There are also eight units of market-rate housing, with proceeds used to support the clinic’s operations and mission.
